ABOUT KATY CORDINA
I graduated in European Fashion Design with First Class Honours from the UCA and went on to study at Central St. Martins College of Art and Design, London where I was tutored by such fashion icons as Roland Mouret and Ren Pearce of Pearce Fionda and Hieron Pessers from Givenchy, Paris.
Whilst primarily working in and around London, I have travelled all over the developing world resolving technical problems and training staff for the big fashion labels. I have worked as a lecturer at the University of Economics in Izmir, Turkey and at the London School of Fashion in Hanoi, Vietnam. I have lived on the island of Mauriitus managing key accounts such as Miss Selfridge, Next, Top Shop.
I set up Fashionworks London in 2009 to help aspiring fashion entrepreneurs set up their own fashion labels online with much success. Fashionworks London is where startups start!
I offer 1-1 personal consultations to discuss your project. During our consultations I will go through your designs and business plan and make my suggestions.
